The process begins by obtaining diabetic retinal exams through home healthcare, primary care facilities, and community healthcare establishments.
When the retinal images are captured, they are uploaded to a HIPAA secure cloud. After review, reports are sent to the referring providers within 24-48 hours.
From here our patient management program assists providers in referring, tracking, educating, and eliminating potential barriers in non-compliant patients. This closes the care gap, and ensures long term success.
